Steel Sentinel is an integrated critical infrastructure protection system combining an interactive city map with a graph database of object dependencies. A cascade threat analysis engine built on graph theory automatically identifies bottlenecks — nodes whose destruction triggers the largest downstream collapse. Based on this, an Explainable AI module recommends in real time the optimal placement of sensors (audio, IMINT, radar) and interceptors (C-UAS drones, SHORAD), and selects the best countermeasure for each detected threat, justifying every decision with concrete data. The system is complemented by a Digital Twin for 24-hour scenario simulation and a mobile app with push alerts for residents.

Automated Intelligence Fusion and Analysis Informed Targeting

Nexus AI is a Common Operational Picture (COP) system with a multi-agent AI engine for targeting and Course of Action generation. The backend integrates ATAK/CoT (UDP) feeds, processes raw intelligence inputs (HUMINT, IMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, GEOINT), and feeds a fused situation package to a domain-agent orchestra — intent, land, air, maritime, cyber, space, and guardrails. The recommendation engine asynchronously produces three COAs (1 primary + 2 alternatives) with a full explainability layer: per-agent confidence scores, identified risks and mitigations, combat power comparison, and impact factor. A ROE guardrails agent blocks or penalises COAs violating rules of engagement. Once the operator selects a COA, the system generates an execution order, delivers it to the mobile commander app (Expo/React Native), and dynamically updates the COP map after effects simulation. Additional modules: GPS jamming visualisation (Leaflet Heat + H3), geolocated IMINT ingest, APP-6 tactical symbology, and ATAK Blue Force Tracking sync.
